Hello and welcome to Element Border Collies' home on the web! We are based in Richland, WA, and are very active with our Border Collies in a wide variety of events, including conformation, herding, agility, scentwork, rally, etc. We are an AKC Breeder of Merit, and also participate in the AKC Bred With H.E.A.R.T. program. I (Ellie) am a member of the Border Collie Society of America (BCSA), where I serve on several committees, and am also a current board member of the Columbia Basin Dog Training Club.
